Need help

Hi guys I want to get speakers etc for my room and stuff that I will plug into my laptop

so the proposed set up was this

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (5.1 speakers)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (soundcard.. this would allow 5.1, right?)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (headphones for night time)

would this be any good? I'd be using mainly v0 bit rate music, a bit of lossless
