Why does Microsoft not have any form of email support for free? They charge a buttload (ie, anything more than $0) for what little support you can get. I also have yet to find a place for feature requests on any of their websites or services. The most valuable resource a company has are the customers who use their products every day, why would Microsoft not want to hear what we'd like to see from their products? Terrible business model.
Particularly, I'd like more flexibility and specific control of spam filters in Hotmail. The generic filters don't cut it. Block all mail from users not in your address book, block most mail, or block no mail. WTF?
