Me and Aden used some old ones in the o2 shop and they're quite cool,

You can't use any of your songs as a ringtone. You can on Sony Ericson and many other phones.

You can't Cut, Copy or Paste! I use this a lot on my phone, it is vital to a mini computer / PDA.

You are pretty much correct.

I would much prefer a stylus, i would prefer more storage or a memory card slot if i wish to upgrade (not every user would want to).

Not being able to set songs as ringtones completely bites.

No copy and paste is also stupid on a PDA etc of this type and is probably one of the biggest known flaws in the product.

And no MMS? What we can't send each other funny pictures on the bus?

Why would i want a device with no MMS...

Its like.. they upgrade the camera yet i can't send my improved quality photos to my friends via mms.

They now let you download applications.. lets get an IMer.. hmm.. my friend just IM'd me a url of darkzune.com.. wait no HTTP:// .. no copy and paste.. i'm going to have to remember it and type it out in safari.

As an early adopter of the DS whose first device was stricken down prematurely by a curious friend's unidentifiable finger gunk, this makes the most sense to me

I said it has its flaws but even you liked using it,
I didn't say I'd get one, I'd get a blackberry or a HTC if I had that much money,
I was just saying it wouldn't be one of the most popular phones out there if it was a total piece of rubbish,
There are of course better phones, it's missing simple features like as you said copy and paste and MMS etc, if they got that stuff sorted out, put down the price (without having to have a 3year contract) I might consider buying one,
And don't start saying 'ooo you mentioned iPhones again, you're an iboy' because I doubt they are going to do what I said so the chances are I'm not going to get one
