Uh, I'm not 100% sure what's wrong with my 30, but I think it has to do with the internal hard drive, because I can add as much music as I want, but I can only play certain artists, mainly the one's starting in "A",if I try other music, it seems like the Zune freezes and I have to do a hard reset. :/ I dropped it once and this is what happens. Well, the screen is fine, the buttons work, I just don't know how to fix the hard drive. I've erased the firmware like three times and have tried over and over to fix it, but nothing works.
