I have an Idea for a Water type move.
It could be called Geyser and could be learned by Blastiose, or whatever the Water Starter is. Power 70. Accuracy 90. P.P. 10. Special type. Properties: Your pokemon makes a geyser that shoots up into the sky. It could hit pokemon who are digging (in the ground), pokemon who are just standing there (normal), and pokemon who are in the air (flying, or bouncing). Also, it would only hit one pokemon in a double battle.
I would really like it if you would use that!

Reason: Forgot to add something
wow, that doesn't sound like a bad move at all, maybe we can see about getting this idea rolling man, good idea. but, maybe we should make the power higher and the accuracy lower? I mean, that's the general rule of thumb for special moves right? powerful but not always going to hit kind of thing?

Well, it is your game, and you can shoose what you like. BBut I've been playing Pokemon games all my life, and I always choose the Water starters. But they never have an accurate move, that is decently powerful and stat changing. That's what inspired me for this. I think, since it can hit pokemon normally, pokemon who are underground, AND flying pokemon that should compensate for the Power > Accuracy rule. I was going for more of a Thunderbolt feel.
If you do use it, please email me and let me know. Put it in your topic. My email is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
Geysers are also hot, and burn. This move could be like magnitude, having a random amount of damage each time, seeing as how most geysers are random or infrequent, or it could have a cool down like hyper beam.
Well, that's not really what I had in mind for the move. Again, I wanted it to be a sort of equivalent to Thunderbolt. But since it can hit pokemon in the sky, underground as well as normally, Lesser power seems necessary. I'm trying to avoid the same old water moves, like Hydro Pump. Maybe, it could be something like 30% chance of lowering accuracy, 30% chance of burning. But I want it to be a good, consistent move.
