I saw some confusion in this thread so - FYI: The size of the harddrive/nand memory on the
zune has nothing to do with it's program memory and graphical capabilities. All zunes have the same 16MB internal memory (RAM) footprint and all have the same 2D capabilities (that is to say, sucky, sorry but I've written on mobile platforms with more graphic capability, but then again, the
Zune wasn't designed to play games

). The difference is that the "classic" 30GB had standard push buttons for navigation whereas the "new gen" zunes use a touch pad ala iPod (not the iPod touch - that's touch
screen). So, having a 30GB or 80GB doesn't make a lick of difference regarding the size of graphics or game code you produce - a bloated game will not run on a 30 or an 80.
Now that that's out of the way, is Pokemon for
Zune still dead? I started writing this about a year ago myself, and had a decent scrolling tile engine with collision detection and script support (lua). I had a lack of content though as my artist when MIA on me after the second week (and only 3 sprites complete). I would like to see what other people have to offer as well.
