restoring to factory settings
hi i'm selling my zune to fund a new one but I was wondering how to restore it to factory settings but keep the preloaded content that zunes come with?

Err, go through all the content and delete all your stuff off it?
You can use a button sequence but i think that deletes everything off of it

You can't restore to factory settings with the preloaded content unless you Format it, plug it in using firmware 1.1 and then install software 1.1, add the preloaded content and then sell it.
I recommend clearing all the data from it, but not using the button sequence to restore it, due to some new Zune owners have had trouble getting Zune 30 with no Firmware to 2.3 straight away, and you would save them a bundle of time by leaving the firmware intact, there is no harm in doing that.
