what's going on?

Umm, ok. I have a Black Zune 30gb and I am having quite a bit of trouble with it. It started the other day when I went to listen to my music just to discover that all of the content on my zune had been deleted. I reloaded the content from my lap top and things just havn't been working out. Some songs, when I play them, stop playing but the progress bar continues moving only to freeze after a moment in which the music starts to play again and eventually catches up to the prog bar. Also, every now and then when I'm listening to a song the screen will go black and I won't be able to make any of the buttons work yet the song continues playing, and no, it's not because the hold button is on. When I connect my zune to my desktop and start to sync it, it will do so for a while but then tell me there is a connection problem and tell my to re connect my zune to the computer, and my computer will constantly make connecting and disconnecting noises as if the device is constantly being unplugged and re plugged. Now I've restarted it and erased all of the content with the button commands several times and reloaded the content but nothing seems to help. What do I do?
