coonection on dial up
im completely fed up cant connect the zune sofdtware.a pal got mine from states we did a firmware upgrade (im now on v2.3) using wi fi and all was well.i only have access to dial up and getting the software to upgrade has been a living nightmare.i have a couple of questions
can one get the upgraded software on a flash disk of 1gb to carry around is it psbl to upgrade on dial up is there another way to downgrade from 2.3 to tyhe orig 1.1 i dont wanna loose my zune but it seems i may have to sell it for an ipod coz of better software from the pod as you get a choice to upgrtade if you want pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help with constructive answers:whiteflag: |

It will take you around 3 hours to install Zune Software using a Dial Up connection and this is assuming that you have the installation file (Approx 37mb) with you. You can obviously download the installation file on a separate and get it onto your PC.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I would advice that you install the latest version of the Zune Software, no matter how long it takes, it's a one time only thing after all. Updates will be released for the new Zune in a few months to enable Game play and the latest firmware and software are much more stable than the previous ones. |
