Zune 30 Halo Problem

hi guys, just got my halo edition microsoft zune a couple of days ago and have a bit of a problem. I loaded the software on one laptop using windows xp and then on another laptop that uses windows vista now every time i upload it on xp the layout is different and my halo zune has a completely different layout like a normal zunes and i can't change it and when i connect it with xp it doesnt recognise it anymore. I used to have it saved as halo zune- paiges and now it doesnt recognise it as a halo zune or a zune at all..... pleaz help i cant fix it and dont know what to do.....

First of all please post in the proper place , it makes my job easier, also if you make a separate thread the chances are you'll get noticed more,
I'm not sure what you mean, what do you mean by the layout's changed?
