Please Help Me

While riding the bus to work, I had my Zune in my purse. As I was listening to my music, I decided to go back to listen to a previous track by pushing the button without looking, not sure what botton I pushed. Somehow I caused my Zune to stop working. The screen showed the music which was to be playing but it wasn't working. It wasn't on pause because instead of the pause symbol a right arrow appeared, but no music. It seemed to be locked. So I held down the pause button for a few seconds until the system turned off. I then tried turning it back on. but nothing happened. I tried to connect to my pc and nothing still happened. It seemed to be locked or broken. I hope locked. Can someone please tell me what I did and how I can get my Zune to work again? Thanks.

flip the hold button back and forth about 4-8 times. then with it unlocked try pressing play. if that doesnt work, go for the reset, ie: up/back simultaneously. this has worked on my 30 gb in the past. hopefully this post helps.
