zune 4gb wont turn on

hello, the problem is that my girlfriend's zune does nothing. its conected to the computer, its fully charged and it just wont turn on. what do you suggest?

Check all the obvious stuff e.g. that the hold switch is off (top of device, pink not showing means hold is off).
Hold down play/pause button to turn on.
If you can't think of anything else (not sure what else you can do) then i suggest just taking/sending it back to where ever you got it from.
When it's connected to the computer does the screen turn on at all? Btw how do you know it's fully charged if it won't turn on?

try reseting it, hold the back button, while holding up on the touch pad.

Yes but resetting it won't work if it won't even turn on will it?

might do something... had to do something like that with my old, crappy ipod.
