Bricked Zune, about ready to give up

My zune is stuck without firmware, in recovery mode. I try putting on new firmware, and the software won't recognize the zune, tried rebooting both zune and comp, "UnZooned" and re zuned ten times, still nothing works, unless someone has a good idea on how to fix this I think my zune is permanently bricked, it's still under warranty for another week or two though, so hoepfully I can figure something out to continue to be a zuner, but maybe not.

when you first bought your zune you had to download the zune software to unlock it right, maybe if you uninstall the software and re install it you can install the firmware again and this time it might work.

I suggest you try ring customer service for support.
