zune 4gb back/return key is broken

when i try to use the back key in a menu such as music it acts like thel left key on the d pad and i cant go back to the main menue. if i push really hard in the bottom corner of the back button it some times works. any way to fix this?

jojo- you need to hold the back key for a couple seconds. It will take you from whatever you are viewing to the main menu.

apologie excepted no that dosent work that is just like holding the left key on the d pad down for a long time. the back button does the same thing as the left side of the d pad. i think it might be a mechanical failure.

I am not a genius with this stuff, but it sounds like a mechanical failure- not a software prob.
