Unlocking the Zune

I'm trying to unlock my Zune 16 using Windows Vista by doing the typical end process during sync so I can use zSuite to allow me to sync with WMP11, but it never works. It just exits the Zune program. Is there something else I need to do on a Vista machine?

It's not because you have a vista machine. The Zune cannot be unlocked via that method since their last update. Ending the process ends the sync.
You'll have to stick around till we find another way.
