My zune is anoying me
i ahve had this zune 80 for about a week now and i havnt gone a day without wanting to throw it to the ground and jump all over it. When i turn the zune on it either crashes on the boot screen (like it has currently) or takes me to error 5 i can then reset it and format it or get realy lucky (without it crashing) reset it and ti will take me to the main menu, for some reason it still deleates all the music, videos, pictures and podcasts on there so i ahev to re-sync it it gets to about 10% disconects itself, restarts itself then jammes on the boot screen or the error 5 again im currently in the uk so callign support or returning the device is out of the question what should i do? ![]() |

You are best to return it via Amazon, rather than directly to Microsoft.
If you cant return to Amazon, call microsoft up and see if they can help. Say you purchased it in the States, but are in the UK at the moment. Hopefully they can help you out.

Update: I have returned the device o amazon, but they wont change the delivery location so the device is being deliverd to the hotel we stayed in, it is a high end hotel in florida who i am going to contact today to ask if they can forward the package to my adress in england.
