My zune wont start...

Hi everyone!

I've a zune 2, it's new. I bring it from USA, i'm brazillian..

Yesterday when I tried to start him, he doesn't started. He shows in the display a very very weak picture of a battery empty. I guess the zune discharge or i leave him on and this happen, so I put the zune on USB cable he doens't charge, he doens't START, only shows the battery, i already tried in another USB ports in my PC, and in the notebook too.

PS: When I shake the ZUNE, i can hear a sound of a little thing hiting inside him, very very little. I want to open, but don't know how. Someone can help me?

What should I do? How can I open the Zune without do any damage to player?

Please help! (desperated)

Leave it showing the battery symbol for a while.
That indicates charging.
It will turn on when it is charged, should take around 10 minutes.

yeah that might work. But even so, it shouldn't be rattling should it? I know that if it does on a 30 then the hard drive could be screwed, but the 2nd gen zune don't have hard drives, so i'm not sure, but i wouldn't have thought that its a good thing if its rattling.

Of course the Gen 2 has a harddrive. Depends if you got the 4/8gb (Flash) or the 80gb (Harddrive)

Just leave it for while and then try to start it again, or try restarting it. Hold Down the Back button and then the up button for a while, then the Zune should restart if it got some power.

I already tried restart, and also, i leave charging for 3 hours and the zune doesn't start...

Then i suggest to do what everyone else have done with there Zunes.
Did alot of users have this problem?
Try talking to the people on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and hear what you can do.
