i got the first part.. but the second part is unclear..

i got the back button n down button.. but the back+left+centre seems to be doin nothin!

You have to press the back, left and center as soon as it starts to reboot (the white bar moves across the screen. hold it for a good 3 seconds).

Hmm this is terrible.. have you phoned MS Support or tried the Zune.net forums.

Did you attempt to reinstall the Zune software?

i reinstalled the zune software...
no use..

i posted in zune.net.. no reply..

n i dont knw how to get hold of the MS troubleshoot no.!!!

Your Zune does charge via the usb cable right?
Try using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], zAlternator to be specific and change the Zune Association to WMP and see if you can sync via that.

Alternatively, use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Make sure your version of the Zune Software is supported before you do so.
After using Unzoone, Download a fresh copy of the Zune software from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and reinstall.

zAlternator wont help.. he can't start a sync with teh software.

Hey

to me this sounds like a fault in the hardware, i had this same problem with my first zune 80, it crashed a lot and wouldn't connect to the software even though it was shown in my computer and charging properly. Your best bet is i guess first to check that your usb ports are all 2.0 or above, then try it on another computer and finally give in and hope the place that you bought it form will give you a replacement or a refund

that was the hardest part for me, convincing amazon to ship over seas, paying for all the deliveries and nearly getting sued because the check we sent got lost in the post ??
