UK Zune Misery

Hi, I bought a Zune in the US and brought it back to the UK only to find that I cannot set up an account on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and I cannot load the software on my PC at the moment this is a really expensive coffee coaster.

Please can someone help...

Please describe why you cannot install the software on your pc and we may be able to help.

As for creating an acccont, i recommend PMing Max and asking nicely for whether he'll set you up with an account.

I have no idea why but the S/W problem has gone away it seems to be loading nicely although last time I clicked on the .exe to unpack files and load it told me that there is a component missing??

Yo, I've got the Zune 8GB from Canada (Ontario), and i'm from London UK.
If you go to this weblink
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

and click on 'DOWNLOAD THE ZUNE SOFTWARE ONLY'

this should allow you to download the software for your zune, if it doesn't work change or region to canada at the top, i did this and my zune works a treat, bought mine in June 08!!

Hmm, which version of windows are you using? and are you totally upto date with the latest windows updates and service packs?

I have been abd checked I am all up to date and the SW works now??? Strange!??
