Software Problems

Hi,

I've just come back to the uk from the USA. I bought an 80gb Zune for myself and a 4gb for my friend.

Unfortunately we are both having trouble installing the software. The user for the 4gb has got to 99% of theinstallation, but not got any further. I have managed to dowload the software but when I run it, I cant read anything on the screen. All I see is lines across the screen and it's impossible to use. I'm gutted coz we were both looking forward to getting thm up and running, but cant!!

Does anyone have any idea of what I can do??

I don't really know what you can do other than restart your computer, re-download the software, then install it without any other windows open. Did you plug you Zune in before you installed the software? That will mess it up.

Your friend should be more patient with the software as it usually does take a while when it gets to 99% specially on older PCs.
As for you I recommed you try the Start Zune kit which can be found [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
