I am working on collaborating the effort to crack the Zune. I have already spoken to Steven Bairs (working on Linux on Zune) and the kid that cracked the IPhone. Both have said that they would be more than willing to contribute.
We need donations for a Zune (even broken is fine).
Also, we are looking for more skilled people to help (any contribution is appreciated).

most are .bin files, and the dates for file creation tend to correspond with firmware release dates. It also has a .bmp file of your user background, should you have set one.
