Introducing zInternational,
this hack:
-Unblocks Marketplace for the latest Zune Software.
-Lets you update your Play count in Zune Social.
After the latest Zune Software update the Zune Marketplace was blocked for International Zune users. This took away their ability to use the Zune Pass and download Music, Videos and Podcasts. Aden, Administrator and part of DarkZune's Hacking Team worked hard and got this hack ready.

Re: zInternational - Full Zune functionality for international Zune Users
With zInternational, you still can not purchase anything from the Zune Marketplace unless you have a valid US credit card. Only with zInternational, you are able to bypass any zune restrictions that Microsoft may have on you simply because you live outside the USA through browsing - that's it.

Use an american hotmail, use internet explorer while using ultrasurf and make sure your hotmail / account settings are all US based.

As someone has mentioned previously, if you're getting stuck with the 'service isn't available in your region' error. Try downloading google chrome and opening an 'incognito' tab. Following this, go to the zune website and login and accept the terms and conditions.

Worked for me and I live in the UK.
Thank you very much for the hint - I am based in London, UK and this worked! Tried pretty much everything before...
