Anniversary Week

Next week, DarkZune is celebrating it's first birthday! It's been a long hard year of site rivalries, server moves, and vBulletin upgrades, but we overcame them all, and are now one of the largest Zune forums on the web! To celebrate this achievement, the week of DarkZune's creation (the week of July 9) we will be putting our staff and other resources on total overhaul to give back to the community what you gave to us.

What to expect? Who knows. It could be anything really. There have been rumors of zSuite upgrades, new Zune-sized wallpapers (A LOT of wallpapers), Zune software backgrounds, screensavers, podcasts, and in general just a whole bunch of stuff celebrating what we love about Zunes. There may even be a glimpse at a TOP SECRET project we have been working on...

Yeah we certainly are growing rapidly and very well for a site that started almost a year after the first sites started

Very good I forgot the anniversary was next week. This site has increased in size alot since I first came here. Dz was the first to change from warez to clean which is good. And we seem to be the only thing that actually rivals Zb.

Yeah, Zunescene is dieing badly,
They and zunerama and all the other sites have nothing to offer apart from news etc,
They have no hacks of their own

We had to put a stop to users posting warez in the start Max. Zuneboards thrived off of warez, they wouldn't be where they are now or have their leecher userbase if it weren't for the warez.

Yeah it is true,
I wasn't around in the beginning but I've heard all the stories

Zunescene was the best 'zune' forum at the start but they never got into hacking which is what everyone wants so i doubt they'll never have a boost in members like we do

I remember the days where Darkzune use to be warez...lol. A lot has changed since then (obviously). Anyway, wow, Darkzune's 1 year sure has been quick!
