Zune Games?

Hey Everyone

we all know that zune is going to get games and people are going to be able to make there own.

But what about the little fact?
i was wondering if anyone could clear these up for me?

Will we have to pay for the games we download?
How much will they be?
When exactly will they be out?
Will we be able to wirelessly play with each other? (that sounds abit wrong :p)
High score tables?
The cost of makign your own game?
download arcade games form xbox?

im sure there are plenty more that keep going throgh my mind, ill add them if they are of any importance

As far as i know:
Some games will have to be bought and others will be free,
No idea how much they will be, we can only guess,
The full XNA 3.0 release is scheduled for before the end of this year, so some games will be out by the end of this year,
Yes we will be able to wirelessly play with each other,
High score tables mmm i dunno, like the ones on phones for golf etc? maybe depends if the creator wants to put a highscore table in the game,
Cost of making your own game? Free, though i don't know if everyone will have access to XNA 3.0, maybe only developers or something,
Not sure about the xbox/aracde games thing

yeah

thank you that did clear a bit up for me

i just got my replacement zune 80 because my old one was faulty
and realised how good the squircle pad thing would be for games

hopefully if the games arnt free they will eb available ont he marketplace or xbox live, making ti easier for me in the uk to get ahold of them

Hmm just watched a video about XNA from only last month and it said at the moment they haven't sorted out the games with marketplace but that they hope to be able to get it sorted

right, would be an awsome feature, and so handy to just have it on the marketplace allready linked to MS points and stuff

How awesome would Zune games be...

I was never keen on the idea of Zune Phone I mean... geez it'll attract criticism and I believe in originality =) So like a Zune360 portable or equivalent would be awesome =P

Thats a good idea.
Turn Zune into a portable 360. So its a portable gaming device that holds your Music and Movies on a Hard Drive. I would definitely buy that, wayyy better than any other portable gaming devices out there.(PSP, DS...)

I was thinking what would be an awesome portable gaming device would be the zune 3 (whatever that may look like, maybe 3d engine in it) and then basically a controller with a zune port and a hole in the middle and then you just connect it in so it's basically a controller with a screen on it, but obviosuly it'd be an mp4 etc as well

2Things = too much hassle. One device with a smart layout and style would work best.

I want a Gaming Zune... not Zune 3.. but Zune 360.

Keep the squircle, and the two buttons left and right, but also add buttons above the screen, so that you can turn landscape (not the normal way, the opposite landscape), so squircle is on the left, the back button is above it and on the right of the screen are two new buttons (A + B) buttons for gaming, which makes the screen central.
