snycing problem

i'm having problems syncing my new zune(just got it ups...w00t)
it says i need to dl the firmware but when it trys to do that
it say it cant find the firmware to dl so it doesn't let ne sync

Hmm thats wierd. Using the newest Zune Software? Maybe Microsoft are currently changing the firmware available for download, but i doubt it.

Is it formatted? Or usable?

no im not using the newist software cuz it takes forever to dl over dial-up....but i should be at my dads till about christmas when i can get my own place.... so ill try getting the new software soon...the zune is fine i just got it from M$ like 3 days ago...
