[SUPPORT] how do i unlock the music on my zune to copy

Problem: i'd like to save what i can from my zune, but i set it up on my wifes pc while rebuilding mine [and of course i rebuit hers shortly after so the zune program isn't even on it]
Reason: HD failure on my pc, all my music is gone.
Zune Firmware Version: 2.2
You Zune Software Version: 2.1.888.2
Other Info:zune program on my pc won't sync the music to the pc

You should be able to reverse sync your Zune. Plug it in, go to the Device area, then the devices music and drag and drop all the Music to the computer icon in the bottom left corner. This will sync all the Zune's music to your Wifes PC.

in order to do that i'd have to re-install the program on her pc....but then wouldn't i still have the same problem on her pc [i rebuilt hers as well]

What are you doing when you try to reverse sync?
I wanna know the process.

connect zune
program loads
select device
select music
select all music in zune
drag and drop music to pc icon on bottom left
then magically nothing happens

i do have the HD hack enabled, but i can't drag and drop directly....it's all locked in.
